Store policy
Printed to order
Everything in the club store is printed on demand by our print partner when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which keeps club overhead at zero, but it means production takes a few business days before your order ships.
Shipping
We currently ship to US addresses only. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more ship free. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.
Returns and replacements
Because every item is made to order, all sales are final. The exception: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item, email board@disciplesofdirt.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll get a replacement printed at no cost to you.
Sizing
Check the size details on each product page before ordering; we can’t exchange for a different size once an item has been printed.
Where the money goes
Proceeds go to Disciples of Dirt, the Eugene-area mountain bike club, and directly fund trail building, maintenance, and advocacy.
